I have a approved H1b from company A. Company A also shared a copy of approval. I was never counted under H1b cap before this approval. If I now decide not to join company A and assuming company A will not cancel H1b, can I use this H1b to join another company B later using H1b transfer�???? I am presently on cap except H1b and need a cap subject H1b in order to move to any private firm. So approval from company A matters a lot to me.

EB2 ROW is usually current - if you qualify for it, it would be faster as compared to EB3 ROW.

How will USCIS process the I-485 petitions?. According to the applicant's labor priority date or I-485 petition receipt date?. pray tell....:confused:

I just finished completing the online DS 10 form. I was expecting to answer to question
�Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?� but it didn�t ask me this. My I-140 is approved and I am in 7th year of H1B so was going to answer �Yes� to it.
Has this question been removed from DS-160?

Hi all,
My H1 was expired last year with 6 years terms so I used my EAD since last year. Can I go back to H1B still because my i-485 is still pending for renewal another 3 years term? Which law is winning, 6 years H1B if did not continue renew my H1 or I-485 pending so I can continue renew? I have found different attorney have different answer.

Finally...exctly after 4 months my all checks got cleared today , and got receipt number from the back check image.
Only do't know 140 as it was employer's check.
Just to Recap
Sent 140/485/765/131 on Aug 3rd to NSC
SR opened on 11/5.. IO said it must have been transfered to TSC
Fax sent on 11/28
Check cleared on 12/3 .. Receipt # from TSC.

If individual have US degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) along with B. SC in Microbiology from Indian, 1 yr Medical Lab Technician Course and 18 months Lab Assistance experience. Individual is on H4 visa, based on above qualification would student eligible for H1B visa? Person does not have SSN so do not qualify to get RN license in CA state. Any useful response will be kindly appreciated.

As of right now, retailers have no knowledge of this happening. Does not mean it's true or false, just the fact is retailers are not aware. As of the time of this posting.
